Our Story

Inspired by Chef Troy Guard's teen years, growing up with his siblings in the coastal metropolis of San Diego, Los Chingones is Chef Troy Guard's take on "badass" Mexican - sassy, spicy, sometimes irreverent, always an adventure.  

Los Chingones launched in Winter 2013 in artsy and industrial RiNo neighborhood. We have since expanded to Denver Tech Center, Central Park's Eastbridge Development, and most recently, Fort Collins, bringing Chef Troy's signature spice to the suburbs.
